The NHL Draft has spoiled us in recent years. Elite finishing talent doesn’t reveal itself in advance of each June draft every year, but the junior ranks have been a conveyer belt of just that going back to 2016.

Now it is Djurgårdens IF forward Alexander Holtz’s turn.
The 18-year-old right-winger has been heralded as an elite finisher dating back to his time producing over a goal-per-game in Sweden’s U16 circuit as a 13/14-year-old. He continued that trend and backed it up by producing one of the most dominant draft-minus one campaigns in recent memory.
