One might think that two new rankings among a group of five public outlets might not result in a tectonic shift in the landscape of the NHL Draft, but that appears to very much so be the case.
To think, it hasn’t been even a month and a half since we last met.
The big movers and shakers in that time? We put together our June board a couple of weeks after the last consolidated rankings, not long after HockeyProspect.com put out their final ranking for the year in advance of publishing their ‘Black Book’ draft guide.
The other three outlets, ISS, Future Considerations, and McKeen’s, had all put out their final ranking before the last edition of the consolidated board — no changes there.
