The draft starts at three. Certainly, that’s when our meeting got interesting. Jamie Drysdale‘s banner flew on one side of the battlements and Lucas Raymond‘s the other. It’s Drysdale’s inherent value as a right-shot defenceman that made things interesting, but ultimately, Raymond’s elite ceiling and a vote of confidence from our Dir. of European Scouting, Christoffer Hedlund, tilted the scales.
