Who had the Toronto Maple Leafs blowing a 5-1 lead with 20:09 to go in the game against the Ottawa Senators on their bingo card Monday? Wow, what a collapse.
Personally, I love the scrappy nature of these Sens. They're clearly way too young, and in desperate need of better goaltending and real veteran support to do anything except finish near the bottom of the standings. But I'm buying stock in their long-term future.
Brady Tkachuk, Thomas Chabot (who assisted on the overtime winner on Monday), and Tim Stützle are obvious. But Josh Norris and Drake Batherson are looking like must-haves in keeper leagues too.
The Sens won't be in the basement for much longer.
