What we Learned: What to watch for as the Boston Bruins power up

A little trite to say it at this point but the Boston Bruins absolutely had the best trade deadline of anyone in the league, and now they're showing it.

Taylor Hall has three points in four games to go with an expected goals percentage of 65 at full strength. Curtis Lazar doesn't have that kind of production (obviously) but the underlying numbers are similar in a shutdown role. Mike Reilly's play has been so good people in Boston are already talking extension (58 percent xGF at 5-on-5, two assists, anchoring the second penalty kill unit).
