Sioux City Musketeers defenceman and University of Denver commit Shai Buium is travelling an interesting path to the NHL Entry Draft. It started in San Diego, California for the 6-foot-3 defender, and he's now waiting patiently to find out his next destination.
This prospect has a lot of tools in his toolbox, and the move from the fabled Shattuck St. Mary's program to the USHL's Musketeers put them on display for everyone to see. He gained a lot of late-season momentum in NHL circles, and it's going to pay off in late July.
