What We Learned: How good could the Blackhawks really be next season?

Say what you want about what the Chicago Blackhawks were last season, but it's clear that the team is attempting to accelerate its rebuild by bringing in a load of high-priced players this offseason and compete for the playoffs in 2021-22.

There are a lot of things up in the air that will dictate the final outcome. Even if you have an understandably dim view of the organization, in general, these days, for any reason you can think of, you can't say they haven't improved the on-ice product in the last few months, both via addition and subtraction. (At the same time, issues behind the bench seem likely to linger.)
