The Dallas Stars come in on our list at #23 overall. This isn't exactly a glamorous spot for a team that finished outside of the playoff picture in the Covid-shortened 2020-21 season. However, the club does boast some impactful young talent that is no longer eligible for this assignment.

The club has a trio of 22-year-olds that will feature heavily in the core of the club moving forward. Miro Heiskanen is a burgeoning star. Jason Robertson was shot out of a cannon last season and nearly posted a point-per-game - a season strong enough to land him a spot on the All-Rookie team. Finally, Jake Oettinger appears destined to be a sturdy number one netminder for years to come.
