EP Rinkside 2021-22 Prospect Pool Rankings: No. 19-ranked Philadelphia Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers are trying to put last year's ugly business behind them and bounce back as one of the league's serious contenders. To do so, they've moved on from some pretty hefty draft capital, including their first-round pick in last July's draft.

That the Flyers have moved up in our rankings, if only slightly, is a testament to the progress of their draft picks in past off-seasons and how well they spent their capital in last July's draft. This scouting staff has done an excellent job of identifying talent, particularly in the middle rounds of the draft, and their development staff has taken care of the rest.

That collection of prospects is going to provide depth at nearly every level of the Flyers lineup in the coming years, a critical ingredient in the recipe for success for teams looking to contend over a prolonged period of time.
