For better or worse, no general manager in the league was more conspicuously aggressive this offseason than Chicago's Stan Bowman.
He went out and signed Jujhar Khaira and Jake McCabe. He traded for Seth Jones (then signed him long-term), Marc-André Fleury, and Tyler Johnson. He jettisoned Nikita Zadorov and let Pius Suter walk as a free agent. Add in the fact that Jonathan Toews is returning from missing all of last season.
