32. Arizona Coyotes (Last time: 26)

Yeah, these guys probably aren't "get 17 percent of all available points" bad, but losing to the Sabres is gonna catapult you down the rankings pretty hard here. An overlooked thing: Their big plan for tanking was signing the Sabres' goalie. So far, it's a 10-out-of-10 plan.

31. Anaheim Ducks (LT: 31)

Sure, they still stink — they ended that game against the Oilers with an xGF% of 38 in all situations — but at least they're fun to wat
