Not exactly a banner week for the National Hockey League. All the headlines are ugly and things are almost certainly going to get worse before they get better.

Lots of people who are smarter and more eloquent than I have said everything that needs to be said about the Chicago Blackhawks and the way they covered up sexual abuse by a former video coach, and how they failed and actively further harmed the victim. It’s all so grim. 

Hopefully, justice is served, Kyle Beach can get some kind of peace, and we can stop saying how much we feel for Stan Bowman.
