Which NCAA teams can take a step forward in the second half?

The second half of the season is here, and now is the time for teams to make their moves, either in-conference or as part of the national picture.

Of course, for many teams that’s more easily said than done, because a lot of them have already banked or given away a lot of points in the standings. So far, there are a number of teams that have secured themselves at least an argument for home ice in their respective conferences, but it will be interesting to see whether anyone will be able to step up for them in the last 15 or so games of the season.
