EP Rinkside 3 Stars for Week 15 of the NHL season

It’s easy to see all the negatives that happened this week: The Edmonton Oilers keep losing in hilarious fashion and feuding with the local media, the Philadelphia Flyers dropped their 10th game in a row for the second time in 40 games (truly incredible!), the Vancouver Canucks are in the midst of a COVID outbreak, etc.

But the hockey this week? Really fun! Individual performances? Off the charts; there were 26 three-point performances in the past week, including 10 four-point games, and two hat tricks including Timo Meier’s five-goal game. Is this becoming a star-driven league again? I don’t wanna jump the gun here but yes.
