Noel Hoefenmayer, 23, of the Toronto Marlies, will now play for the Newfoundland Growlers, according to echl.com.

Hoefenmayer weighs 192 lbs and is 6'0".

He played his latest season for the Toronto Marlies, and made three points in eight games in the AHL.

The Newfoundland Growlers have added Nick Pastorious, Andrew D'Agostini, and Brett Epp, among others in the past month.
