Lassi Thomson, 21, is leaving the Belleville Senators and moving up to play in the NHL for the Ottawa Senators, according to the team's Twitter account.

Thomson weighs 192 lbs and is 6'0". He played on the youth team for Ilves.

He has played the latest season in the Belleville Senators, and made five goals and eight points in 15 games in the AHL.
