Linus Sandin called up to play for Philadelphia Flyers

Linus Sandin, 25, will leave the farm team and get a shot in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers, according to the team's Twitter account.

Sandin is 6'1" and weighs 209 lbs. He played on the youth club for Gimo IF.

He has played the latest season in the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, and made five goals and seven points in 13 games in the AHL.
