Hey, it’s the end of the 18th week of the NHL regular season. And we are learning (again) that change is inevitable.

Now that just about everyone is past the half-season mark — sorry Islanders! — and most teams are closing in on 50 games, general managers actually have to start making some hard decisions about what the rest of this season is going to look like for them. 

That means it’s kinda-sorta crunch time, so players and coaches alike need to start picking up any slack that might be lying around, or else. We’ve already seen some of what happens if you don’t.
