This could finally be the year that the Colorado Avalanche put it all together. They sit atop the Western Conference with a commanding points lead, one that no team is likely to climb past between now and the season's conclusion.

Their roster is stacked with offensive talent at every position, and their power play is one of the very best in the entire league.
