A brief recap of today’s NCAA tournament games:

For a good chunk of this game, it felt like trench warfare. We're talking dozens of blocked shots, few grade-A chances, hard-hitting, slow hockey.
But once the sand began running low in the top half of the hourglass -- chaos. As with the early game in Albany, there was a penalty shot (this time ending with one of the worst misses you'll see). Duelling late hooking penalties. An apparent shorthanded goal for Notre Dame with no time on the clock that, after a review in the neighbourhood of 13 minutes, determined that the clock on the camera above the net was correct, and time had indeed expired.
