Team Finland is looking to improve on their fourth-place finish from last year with an as-expected roster that doesn't feature many surprises. The core of the team consists of a pack of intriguing draft-eligibles and a few high-end underagers, most notably Aron Kiviharju, the first U16 Finnish skater ever to play in this tournament.
They aren't the favourites for this tournament, by any stretch of the imagination, but with a quality goaltending trio and competitive top-six forward group and top-four defence corps, even the championship is in the cards if everything breaks right.
