Ilya Konovalov, 23, lämnar the Edmonton Oilers, according to the team's Twitter account.

Konovalov is 6'0" and weighs 194 lbs. He first played for Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.

Last season in AHL, the goaltender had a save percentage of .893 over 17 games with the Bakersfield Condors.

Ilya Konovalov is the 27th player to be rostered for before this season. The Edmonton Oilers have added Carter Savoie in the past month.
