Film Room: Hunter Haight’s flashes of unconventional, creative brilliance
Hunter Haight's rookie season in the OHL has been a rollercoaster ride, to say the least.
Like many '04-born OHLers, Haight lost his draft-minus-one season; an entire year of development taken from him by the pandemic. And it showed, enough so that I highlighted the Barrie Colts centre's struggles to find consistency and progression earlier in the year in a piece centred on the difficulties of evaluating this crop of OHL talent.
Now, with the benefit of a full year's worth of tape and accumulated viewings, it's time to revisit Haight's game ahead of the 2022 NHL Draft.
