According to the team's homepage, Jarrod Gourley, 22, of the Adirondack Thunder, is changing teams and will now play for the Utica Comets.

Gourley is 6'2" and weighs 212 lbs. He played on the youth club for Bow Valley MHA.

He scored five goals and 10 points in 49 games for the Adirondack Thunder, the University of Connecticut and the Utica Comets last season.

Utica Comets has already signed Isaac Poulter, Sebastian Vidmar, and Nick Hutchison, among others, and now have nine players under contract for this season.
