Former Jokerit U20 player finds new home: will play in the United States

According to theuconnblog.com, Samu Salminen, 19, of the Jokerit U20, will now play for the University of Connecticut.
Salminen is 6'3" and weighs 190 lbs. He first played for Jokerit.
The forward scored 19 goals in 48 games last year with the the Jokerit U20 and the junior national team.
University of Connecticut has already signed Andrew Lucas, and now have 18 players under contract for this season.
