NHL Free Agency 2022: The best of the rest

What a strange offseason, eh? 

Johnny Gaudreau heads to the (kind of?) rebuilding Columbus Blue Jackets out of nowhere. Matthew Tkachuk and Jonathan Huberdeau, both coming off career years, get traded for one another. The Ottawa Senators hit the accelerator by adding Alex DeBrincat and Claude Giroux. The Stanley Cup champions turfed their starting goalie for a backup and Nazem Kadri and John Klingberg had had to wait weeks to sign a contract. 

Klingberg finally settled for a one-year show-me deal with the Anaheim Ducks, but free agency opened nearly a month ago and Kadri is still on the market.
