Former Mississauga Steelheads player set to play in the United States

Jake Uberti, 20, of the Mississauga Steelheads, will now play for the Detroit Red Wings, according to the team's Twitter account.
Uberti is 6'1" and weighs 207 lbs.
He scored 19 goals and 35 points in 61 games for the Mississauga Steelheads and the Niagara IceDogs last season.
Jake Uberti is the 27th player to be rostered for Detroit Red Wings before this season. The Detroit Red Wings have added Andrew Oke, Jérémie Biakabutuka, and Mitchell Martin, among others in the past month.
