Julien Anctil, 21, of the Sherbrooke Phoenix, is changing teams. He will now play for the Detroit Red Wings, according to the team's Twitter account.

Anctil is 6'1" and weighs 174 lbs.

The forward scored 34 goals in 78 games last year with the the Sherbrooke Phoenix.

Julien Anctil is the 27th player to be rostered for Detroit Red Wings before this season. The Detroit Red Wings have added Andrew Oke, Jérémie Biakabutuka, and Mitchell Martin, among others in the past month.
