Toronto Marlies recruit defenseman Axel Rindell from Newfoundland Growlers

Axel Rindell, 22, of the Newfoundland Growlers, is changing teams. He will now play for the Toronto Marlies, according to echl.com.
Rindell weighs 192 lbs and is 6'0". He played on the youth team for EJK.
He has played the latest season in the Newfoundland Growlers, and made two goals and three points in two games in the league.
He will reunite with former teammate Mikko Kokkonen, who played with Axel Rindell for the Jukurit in the 2020-21 season.
The Toronto Marlies have added Danny DeKeyser, and Dylan Ferguson in the past month.
