How Isak Rosén and Jiří Kulich are finding their game in Rochester
Last season, the Rochester Americans were Jack Quinn and JJ Peterka’s team.
The forwards led the Rochester in points and filled the highlight reel, all while making significant improvements to their respective games.
Quinn further developed his playmaking and awareness under pressure. Peterka became smarter with his offensive game, but above all, it’s in the details of the game that they progressed the most -- in their defensive positioning, physical engagement, and puck management. Both forwards became better versions of themselves, more responsible and mature, and they used their first full AHL campaign as a springboard to roles with the Buffalo Sabres.
The same story, or a version of it, could repeat itself with Isak Rosén and Jiří Kulich.
