The vibes in Buffalo were immaculate to begin the season, with the Sabres coming out of the gate hot, winning four of their first five games, and seven of their first ten. Unfortunately things haven't gone quite as smoothly for them since. At the time of writing this piece, they've lost seven consecutive contests, getting outscored by an ugly 30 to 16 margin during that period of time.
