With the season nearing its half-way point, there's already a good amount of tape and data on this year's crop of draft-eligible prospects.
To supplement the eye test, I've gathered manually tracked data on this year's European crop over the past few months, while my counterpart, EP Rinkside's Director of North American Scoutin,g Mitch Brown has been doing the same with those playing over the other side of the pond.
Here are four data-driven observations on draft-eligible European prospects, starting with one of the better sleeper candidates in the draft.
