Shane Wright returns to the OHL

Shane Wright's season will continue in the OHL.
The No. 4 pick from the 2022 NHL Draft and the captain of the gold-medal winning Canadian team was sent back to the Kingston Frontenacs on Friday.
Wright is expected to be traded in the OHL to another team for the remainder of the season.
Wright appeared in eight NHL games this season, scoring his first career goal against the Montreal Canadiens, while also playing five AHL games on a conditioning stint before a seven point (4 goals, 3 assists) performance in seven games at the World Junior Championship.
