Fantasy Focus: Mining the waiver wire for options down the stretch

It’s a light week on the NHL schedule. 

Only six team will team play four games, while Edmonton and Nashville play just one. The Leafs have four at home. The Bruins have four on the road. Both with some heavy hitters on tap.

But because it’s not an ideal week to mine for talent doesn’t mean the wire is void of it.

Remember that players featured in this column are rostered in fewer than half of all Fantrax leagues. Unless, of course, I decide to break that rule, because this is my show, and you all have to deal with it.

Anton Lundell, C, Florida Panthers (51 percent rostered)

An elevation to the top line is enough to get Anton Lundell the top spot in this week’s column. Not that the order really plays much of a role, but I like Lundell and wanted to toss him some extra love.
