There comes a time when NHL teams have no choice but to look in the mirror, come to grips with where their season has ended up, and decide whether to go all-in, pack it in, or just keep rolling and let fate decide where they end up.

I've chosen the teams that I think will be the biggest players at the deadline and identified either who they should sell or who might be the missing piece in their bid for a championship. I've also identified a few who I think should sit still.
