We are less than 10 days from the trade deadline, and there's a lot to mull over between now and then.
We're talking who goes where, what certain teams may prioritize, whether clubs will act as brokers to eat salary on players that won't even play for them, and more. This season in particular, it seems the relative lack of depth on the trade market (Timo Meier is the only guy I'd list as a "great player" without qualification), it seems everyone has to start playing a bit of chess instead of just chucking a first-round pick and a prospect at whatever veteran difference-maker is available.
