Trade Analysis: The Ottawa Senators acquire Jakob Chychrun from the Arizona Coyotes

Our long national nightmare is over. 

After sitting out for the last eight games due to “trade-related reasons” following a request that dates all the way back to last season, Jakob Chychrun has mercifully been granted his wish. He's been dealt to the Ottawa Senators for three picks, highlighted by a first rounder at this upcoming draft. 

There's certainly a lot to unpack here, from the price the Senators paid for his services to what they should be expecting to get from his game moving forward.
