These rankings are based entirely on how I feel about a team’s chances of winning the Cup, meaning you can’t tell me I’m wrong because these are my feelings and feelings can’t be wrong.

32. Arizona Coyotes (Last time: 32) 

It's not just that they're bad and purposely getting much worse. It's that the misery seems to extend over the horizon to seasons we can't even really think about yet. Are they still going to be this bad in 2026? At this point it honestly feels likely.
