Breaking down top prospect performances at men's 2023 U18 World Hockey Championship

The men's 2023 World Championship Under-18 tournament was thrilling. 

Team USA's first line broke records and filled the highlight reel. Sweden crushed a strong Canadian team in both of their match-ups. And Slovakia’s leaders stepped up, bested Finland, and carried the team to an impressive fourth-place finish.

Andrew Cristall, LW, Canada

This tournament showed why so many scouts have doubts about Cristall’s projection. He was largely ineffective against the better teams at the event. The winger needs space and options to score.
