Dallas Stars prospect Lian Bichsel has chance to be something more this season
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. – As it stands right now, things are moving smoothly for the Dallas Stars.
The team is a contender in the Western Conference, has locked up a young core that features Miro Heiskanen, Roope Hintz, Jason Robertson, and Jake Oettinger, and with the current cap structure, things are set to phase well as aging veterans like Joe Pavelski eventually get caught by father time.
The Stars also have three EP Rinkside top-100 prospects in Logan Stankoven, Mavrik Bourque, and Lian Bichsel.
Stankoven and Bourque, while important, are luxury commodities at this point. Bichsel, however, could be most vital to fixing the eventual shortcomings on the Stars defence.
