Standout performances from the 2023 USHL Fall Classic

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania – The scouting season officially begins in the summer with the Hlinka Gretzky Cup, but the USHL Fall Classic marks the unofficial beginning of the North American scouting season. Two rinks, one building, and 16 games over five days. It’s an opportunity for talent evaluators to get a baseline on a whole swath of players.

The majority of the big names arrived for the weekend as the US National Team Development Program swooped in to play their games over the final two days of the event. With it came some standout performances. They weren't the only ones to put on a show, though.

There were standouts coming from USHL squads, draft-eligibles, overagers, netminders – you name it! With that, let’s explore those players who shone brightly and kickstarted their seasons and future hopes.
