We're only about a month-plus into the hockey season over in Russia, but we've seen enough to get a good estimate of their offerings at the 2024 NHL Draft. And regrettably, it's looking like it might be something of a down year.

Still, it's hard to complain about the volume. There's no shortage of first-time draft-eligibles plying their trade in the KHL this season, with seven players already skating in a game this season – make that eight if you count the player who saw six seconds of ice-time in his one contest.

Today, we're going to look at four of the players in that group that have most caught my attention to this point in the scouting season.
