But all the leagues around the world have been rolling now as well — many for a lot longer than the NHL. And we’re starting to see some interesting storylines and production levels.

Let’s take a virtual spin around the globe and key in on some of the drafted assets that are spinning right.

American Hockey League

The second-best league in the world and the No. 1 feeder system to the NHL has always been a difficult league to produce in. The systems are tight and the veterans are experienced. But the start of the 2023-24 campaign has seen some impressive numbers from some U22 kids.
