Prospect Prospective: Jack Devine's unlikely ascension
Perhaps fewer prospects in the 2023-24 season have seen their stock rise more than that of Jack Devine’s. The Florida Panthers’ seventh-round pick from 2022 has seen his interest among dynasty fantasy managers skyrocket. There are some major questions to be answered here. The Illinois native played his youth hockey in Chicago for the Mission. He then spent time at the United States National Team Development Program (USNTDP) at the under-17 and under-18 levels. He did well there but was not exceptional. Devine then spent his draft season at the University of Denver where he put up 19 points in 36 games.
