NHL Central Scouting released their midseason rankings not long ago, featuring Macklin Celebrini and Konsta Helenius at the top of the respective lists for North American and European skaters.
While individual NHL organizations' rankings will vary – often drastically – compared to NHL CSS' list, it's a decent glance at what the industry thinks about specific players.
So, in this week's edition of the Scout's notebook, I'll be looking at four of the highest-ranked draft-eligible forward prospects from the Finnish U20 circuit. Let's start with the player who has generated the most intrigue with his recent performances.
