NTDP goal-scoring record in sight Cole Eiserman also trying to round out entire game
PLYMOUTH, Michigan – Sooner than later, Cole Eiserman will likely become the United States National Team Development Program’s all-time leading goal scorer.
After three goals this past weekend against the Cedar Rapids Roughriders, Eiserman has 117 in his two-year stay with the NTDP.
Nine more, and he’ll tie Cole Caufield’s record of 126 set between 2017 and 2019. Ten more and the record will be all his.
Barring injury, it’s simple math for Eiserman, who has 48 goals in 45 games across all competitions for the NTDP. The Under-18 team will play four more USHL games, before departing for the Under-18 world championships, where combined with the pre-tournament game Eiserman should have eight games to chase the record.
