NCAA tournament update: Where things stand heading into Championship Saturday

After the first night of Championship Weekend, we know a lot more about what the NCAA tournament field will look like. However, even now, we still don't know everything, and it will take tonight's slate of five championship games to fully decide everything.

Let's get to the breakdown of who's in, who's out, and whose fate is still up in the air:

What we know

As of right now, there are 13 absolutely, 100 percent guaranteed tournament teams, for whom no combination of wins and losses could knock them out of an at-large/automatic bid at the very least. The only two that definitively joined that list last night were Western Michigan and Michigan Tech.
