NCAA Hockey Mailbag: Transfers, development, and new teams

Well, it's the week between the end of NCAA regionals and the Frozen Four, and because I haven't exactly had the time to watch a ton of NHL hockey lately — for obvious reasons — I figured it would be a good idea to do a quick college hockey mailbag.

Let's get right to it:
