Three prospects have battled it out for the right to claim the title of best QMJHLer in the 2024 NHL draft class: Maxim Massé, Raoul Boilard, and Justin Poirier.
Massé started the year in the pole position, placing 29th on our October board. Buoyed by an impressive 62-point, 65-game season that earned him CHL Rookie of the Year, there was just a top prospect-like aura to the Chicoutimi Saguenéens winger. The combination of his frame, his shot, and his physical skills gave him the appearance of a future NHL power forward capable of routinely potting 20-to-30 goals.
