EP Rinkside 2024 NHL Prospect Pool Rankings: No. 21-ranked Vancouver Canucks

After years of wishing and hoping for a little luck in the lottery, the Vancouver Canucks took a sizeable step forward in their organizational evolution. The 2023-24 season saw them win their division and advance to the second round, where they took the Edmonton Oilers to Game 7 with their third-string goaltender between the pipes.

Along the way, they added pieces to the pile at the cost of draft picks and prospects. The result was that they had to wait until the third round to make their first pick in the 2024 draft, which has made it difficult to replenish the farm. 

This has contributed to the Canucks station as the 21st-ranked club in our annual prospect pool rankings.
